Multilingual Product Content study
Lasselle-Ramsay is proud to be a co-sponsor of a research report with the Gilbane Group. The study, Multilingual Product Content: Transforming Traditional Practices into Global Content Value Chains builds upon a prior research report on content globalization challenges. The Gilbane Group, http://gilbane.com, is an analyst firm that focuses on content technologies and their application to high-value business applications. This current research study takes a deep dive into multilingual product content, including technical documentation, pre- and post-sales marketing materials, online help, training curriculum, and customer support materials. The purpose of the study is to help adopters "get it right" by learning from best - and worst - practices, and by understanding which investments offer the best potential ROI for their companies today and tomorrow. Lasselle-Ramsay clients and members of our team will be interviewed as part of the study.
This study will be published by June 15. One of the benefits of subscribing to The Short List is that you will have access to this report before it is available to the public. If this email was forwarded to you, you should sign up for our mailing list now, so you don't miss it! If you think of someone who might be interested, feel free to forward this email to them.

Reminder: Gilbane Conference June 2-4, 2009 | San Francisco, CA
Infrastructure for Innovation A panel discussion, moderated by Joan Lasselle Products and business transactions are increasingly complex. Customer expectations have never been higher or more diverse. A global economy demands a global response. Regulatory requirements continue to grow. And yet, content must be accessible, consistent, up-to-date, accurate, and reliable. These challenges are occurring in an economic downturn where more has to be accomplished with less. But cutting costs won't fix these problems - it's time to innovate.
