CIA Launches in September
Over the past several months, Lasselle-Ramsay has been developing a Content Infrastructure Assessment (CIA) tool. The assessment is based on the principles of the Capability Maturity Model®, and focuses on 5 key areas (Customer, Content, Process, Technology, and Team) and asks questions in each area. Our first product offering will be a tool users will complete online and will give them a snapshot of their organization's capability. After completing the survey questions, we will send users their score, a description of each key area, and an offer for a free consultation. Last week, we launched the CIA tool, which you can access on our homepage at LR.com.
